46 days of world glass at the Imperial Stables at the Prague Castle

Oslo is one of the world cities presented at the exhibition of art photographs by Czech photographer Jiří Turek. Large scale pictures of Oslo accompanied by a literature extract by Norwegian author Jan Erik Vold will be exhibited from 6 May until 11 June at the Gallery of Czech Centres in Rytirska street, Prague.

Norwegian photographer Geir M. Brungot will introduce his two photoseries "Inside - Outside". Photos in both series suggestively depict human beings in essence, while the human body stays out of shot. The exhibition will be opened on 3 February at 18:00 at the gallery MeetFactory in Prague

The exhibition Norway Today, taking place in Prague 5-10 October, will present two outstanding Norwegian design sdudios: StokkeAustad and Andreas Engesvik. The event is a part of the 12th festival Designblok´10, the annual week-long exhibition of new pieces from the world of design.

Last year, the representatives of 33 schools from 15 countries participated in the Start Point exhibition of graduate works from European academies. Eight chosen artists were invited to attend a monthly residency, ending with a collective exhibition in The Granary at Klenová (12 June - 27 July). Among them is also a young experimental Norwegian artist Anders Grønlien.
